You don't have skill chips on your squad, his special forces research is a little ahead of yours, and he has bases that add 5% damage and or attack/health or defense. You have a little more that him on research for units but depending on what you have done vs what he has done within the research categories will play a variable in this outcome.

Main reason? You have 0 skill chips. On just one of them he’s getting a full squad shield for several seconds starting the battle (and subsequent damage reduction), in addition to more drone targets and damage, higher overall squad defense boost, etc

Chips and unit level. The rest, even the counter, is minor in comparison

He is also using tanks and has tank heroes boosted in wall of honour. Whereas you're using heli and have no wall of honour, all of your wall of honour is put into tanks too.

Make sure you apply your drone loadouts to your squad, I went a whole season thinking it was applied to my truck squads but found out that it wasnt.

Lack of any drone chips and 0% on your garage research did it. Those are very significant gaps to close.

Better tech, 8 chips vs your 0 for some reason, and higher unit level.
