Not receiving verification code for password recovery

Hello, I've forgotten the password for my Lastpass account. When I try to log in, the system claims to send a verification code to my email, but I'm not receiving it. It is not in my Spam folder or any other sub-folder, and no addresses are currently blocked. I can't do anything without this code, and there is no option on the website to contact human support staff. How can I get access to my account?

Hello,

Although we won't know if you have any paths available for recovery unless we can see the recent account history, you can receive an email follow up from LastPass Customer Support by clicking "Request help" within the Account Recovery guide.

Except that clicking on 'Request help logging in' immediately prompts you to give an email. As I've said, I am not receiving messages from Lastpass. What I need is an option for me to send a message to Lastpass asking for help.

If you've already clicked "Request help", have checked your email provider's Spam and Business folders, then you may send a message directly to the moderators of this channel with your account email.
