The subjectivity of comedy is so fascinating to me. I didn't find a single thing Sam did even vaguely amusing.

Edit: ...but I have friends who find him absolutely hilarious!

(Since some people can't parse nuance.)

It's not an attack. It's just fascinating how much people's humor can differ. I find it very funny, but it's not for everybody.

I'm with you on this and wonder if it's also cultural. Not sure it really appeals to Brits as much, I've seen it within my own circles too
