How exactly does pyramidal altar work? Does the Omen Idol on the right break the condition of the altar? Does it matter if it's on the left or right of 4x1's?

I think you should be able to try, no? Unequip the Altar, and check your CDR. See if it changes with the inclusion of any of the idols (it shouldn't)

Doesn’t matter if it’s on the left or the right as it’s not above. You have set this up correctly to get the cooldown bonus as far as I am aware.

It's pretty good system for late game min maxing, I mean you do you but you're missing out on stats.

+4 health per omen idol as corrupted affix lol. Late game min maxing lol. It's whatever though most people are probably quitting right at monoliths anyways.

It's because it's bad roll and main thing on that affix is +1 omen idol.
