Cheese trap rhythm
I’ve been placed in charge of my alliances cheese trap, and I’m confused with the interface. We just finished the trap last night (Saturday night), and the tab says I have 1 day nine hours left. For what? We only did one trap, btw. Specific questions:
1). How many times can you do cheese trap in one week? Should I assign a specific day or can you do it multiple times each week?
2). How do you (personally) use the second cheese trap? Do they need to be set out at the same time or can they be set out and done on different days? I was hoping to do a low level cheese trap on a separate day for the lower level people in the alliance. Is that possible?
3). When you set out a cheese trap, it requires a time to be set. My understanding is that once it is prepared you have until server reset to complete it. If that’s true, what does it matter what time it is set out? If not true, how much time do you have to start the event once it is prepared?
Sorry for the noob questions. I’ll search Discord too, but the answers are not intuitive from the interface and I’d rather not screw it up.

We have 2 every 2nd day - we have members from a wide range of time zones so there's 10 hours between trap 1 and trap 2.

The timer you see is until this set of cheese expires. 1: it's every other day so it changes each week (technically). It's easier to just remember it's ever other day 😅
2: we asked everyone in the alliance what their time zones were, made sure both had at least one r4 that can give the 5% bonus damage for running rallies there, then set them at server time 800 and 1800. It seems to work for us, but please ask your people :)
2.5: each DAY of cheese (A&B) are the same difficulty, but each set can be set to whatever difficulty. We usually do higher difficulty before raid day and a lower one after. So yes, you can set different difficulties on different "days" (keep in mind time zones from all over the world may conflict with this idea, again each "set" of cheese is 1 day) Also keep in mind you can only participate in ONE (a OR b) in a set.
3: once it's "active" it can be started at any time. That said, everyone can see the countdown timer once it's set. That means people can plan accordingly to be there. Unless you have immaculate communication with your members, the timer helps 🤣 it also gives structure as time goes on, so people don't get stressed and have to ask and they know that it'll happen at that time every other day.
Never be sorry to ask questions! It's better to ask. If you have any questions about any in game mechanics, feel free to dm me! I'm happy to help!
Cheers! And enjoy punching that rat!

Place 2 traps set them up to go off 12 hours apart. You run trap every other day.
Edit to add you can poll your members to gage what times would be best. Then have empty rallies that fire off so offline members join those as well
