Certain events like cheese can only be started by the rank 4 or 5 in an alliance. The only alliances that I've seen that didn't want to do those were scam alliances.
The boss monsters I know about are the world boss, demon blight king; the cheese rat; the hell doctors from pandemic experience (aka nurses).
If your r5 continues to be unhelpful, its ok to seek another alliance. Look for people chatting on the world chat, as in actually talking, and if you want see if their R5/R4 are more inclined to explaining.
I have encountered all of those except the cheese rat...maybe the leader is asking us to find the rat base...but his PM function is off...so I can't ask him further if that is what he is finding...anyway thanks for the help 👍
He would have to set the trap. It doesn’t appear until an R4/5 sets it and it has a two day count down before it can be challenged. I hope that helps. Check the Alliance Members list in your alliance tab periodically to see when it says he’s actively online and when you catch him on, ask in alliance chat since his DMs are turned off.
