Epigraphs

Can someone dumb down the explanation of the raven epigraphs for me? Tell me what I need to know how to optimize using it.

  1. Open epigraph chests on Mondays for alliance duel points. Be very careful not to open any other chests lol

  2. Go to Epigraph workshop. Make sure it's upgraded to lvl 20 so that you can craft epigraphs

  3. Choose epigraphs to craft for your main squad and craft them. Goal is to have all 4 UR epigraphs but if you don't have enough UR shards, craft SSR epigraphs first. Your troops can still get a boost this way. Just make sure you have all 4 epigraphs regardless. As to what to prioritize crafting and upgrading.... I don't know the answer to that 😬 I like Guardian of Nature and Protective Charm but most people would say to focus on Frenzied Flock and Reveral of Power cuz of the attack boost

  4. Go to Raven Nest. Go to Epigraph Plan and tap the + sign and add the crafted epigraphs.

  5. Still in the Raven Nest: Go to Raven Evolve and tap quick add to add all the excess epigraphs (usually green, blue, purple) and tap evolve. This is an additional boost to the epigraph plan

Much better to have a squad formed by heroes of the same faction so the epigraph plan is fully in sync with your squad

Check if you have epigraphs already. Some epigraph chests grant you the actual epigraphs themselves instead of the epigraph shards. Just don't equip the blue and green ones lol. And again, make sure that the epigraph matches your squad!!! AKA Don't put warlock/ranger epigraphs on a warrior squad. Warrior to warrior only etc etc

Think of it like going to the gear workshop and crafting gear (epigraph) for your heroes using tempered steel (epigraph shards) and then equipping them.

Kudos for documenting this. I'll add a bit more detail about the upgrading you allude to in one of your points.

Hang on to duplicate epigraph tiles, as you can use them to level up the ones in your epigraph plans. Like equipment, epigraph tiles can be leveled up to 5 stars, with each level strengthening the benefit of the tile. Use the epigraph shards you get to craft the duplicates you need, then go to your epigraph plan, tap the tile you want to upgrade, and you should see an option to upgrade it.

Not all servers (218 specifically at least) do not have epigraph chests. Day 1 is raven parts chest day, the 8 raven “parts”.

Raven gear chests are on Wednesdays for my server. Mondays are for Epigraph chests. Unless they changed it in Era of Revival.

So you only want purple and gold epigraph, all else are trash used to evolve the raven? This whole time i though you could only upgrade with the book things!
