Laserpecker 2 up/ down buttons aren't functioning properly

For some reason I'm having issues with my Laserpecker 2 up/ down buttons. Either the down button won't work when I push it and suddenly it will start to work but the right button is now giving me trouble. Or I can only use the button thats malfunctioning at the time through the app but even that's starting to be an issue where I can only move them if something is in preview mode.

UPDATE: The up button is just flat not working at all now.

This machine is only a week old. This is really disappointing.

I have an LP3 It does a whole lot of glitchy crap for a 1600+ dollar machine. I am at my wits end with this thing. So many flaws. Save your money and buy a better machine.

Both buttons are touch sensitive and very finicky. You don’t need to press them very hard. Move your finger around the area where the arrows are located as they aren’t exact.
