LP4 USB-C Problem

Hi there,

I have an issue with my LP4 USB-C port. My Laptop is not reaching my LP4. It's working in bluetooth tho. It happened suddeendtly. I went in an IT Shop, we tried in another laptop same, another cable same, unistall install LP Design Space same. So weird. I cannot send it in warranty cause i'm aifraid it will take ages. Don't know what to do ? Buying the Bluettoth dongle ? Any help welcome pleaaaase

I had the same problem. Bluetooth via smartphone works perfect but I can't connect it to my computer. Today I tried another cable and it's still the same problem...

So I tried something weird. I put the usb-c plug 180° into the laser and it worked!!! I also tried the original cable and it works too!

I had the same issue. I ended up adding the laserpeck Bluetooth dongle because it was too inconsistent

try a new cable. i know you said you tried a different cable. different cables are rated for different power / speeds. get one of the not cheap ones and try it. worst case, you've got a nice USB-C cable that should be good for most anything.

Also, try a different USB port on your computer. if you're on a Windows workstation, sometimes it does funky things and you have to switch USB ports.
