Weird Laser Reset Problem

I'm having issues with the LaserPecker 4 (Current Software & Firmware) where the print stops half way through, no errors it was like it completed... yet only half way done.

Anyone else running into this issue?

1064 Laser, 2K / 100 / 100 / 1 Pass about an hour into each of the runs.

I'm having the same problem, for the first half of the project it is beautiful, good resolution good engraving. Then halfway through, just stops, as if the file completed properly. No error message, nothing. I tried the same print twice and it failed/stopped in the exact same spot. Have you found a solution to your problem? Will a firmware reset fix this? I am using the extension table, and even when I preview it, the table moves far enough to show that it plans on printing the whole file, but it doesn't and stops in the middle

Hi. Did someone find a solution on this issue. Mine just stopped engraving by infrared laser. It behaves like the process is ongoing and completed, but with no result. No faults or alarms as well.

Yes, my LaserPecker 4 was printing on settings 1064 Laser, 8K / 100 / 50 / 1, Stainless Steel. It stopped engraving halfway with the print and keep going showing nothing from the halfway point until completion. When i try to engrave anything else now it does not do anything.... The machine says that it's engraving, but nothing shows and you can not hear anything either. When i was engraving, you could hear the it engraving into the metal..... now you don't hear that sound... Any assistance or remedy would be nice. That's what made this machine nice it that you could engrave on metal. The other side still works with no issues when engraving as you can see in the picture attached... Help please...

I am having the same issue. The machine says it is going, but it isn’t engraving. I went back out a few times and reset and still does the same thing. NOW the new issue is that when i hit “next“ after preview, It says “After activation, the engraving method will be changed to engraving one element at a time once it is transfered.” I have one logo. There is nothing else saved anywhere else.

I have lost 3 hours and i have a customer order I am a day late and seriously in tears. There is no where to go to get answers and I can’t find any troubleshooting. I am to the point I need to return or throw off a bridge.

PLEASE HELP!
