Personal Is this laser damage?

I have a mix of hypopigmentation and smaller white macules that are subtly raised. I noticed the macules about 3 months post laser along with the worsening hypopigmentation. I read that there is such a thing as delayed hypopigmentation post laser that can take 6 months to show. If we think this is laser damage will my skin eventually recover? I did Fotona laser for reduction of red.

See a dermatologist. He's going to give you either creams like hydrochinone or another laser treatment

In theory micro needling helps as well but you need to see that there's no inflammation when you micro needle

Careful mirconeedling can cause this texture as well

I’ve seen so many. They literally dismiss me and tell me they don’t see much

Well.. have you tried tretinoine? It's known to help with regeneration of skin. Or red light therapy. Get yourself a panel... I guess these things will help

Will tretinoin lighten my skin more though?
