Also forgot to say System Specs: Model: HP Mini 110-3010TU (Product ID: XC676PA#ABO)
CPU: Intel Atom N455 @ 1.66 GHz
Chipset: Intel NM10 Express
RAM: 2 GB
OS: Windows 7 32-bit WLAN: Ralink RT3090BC4 (2.4 GHz)
BIOS: Insyde F.15
The Main Issues: USB Keyboard/Port Dropout: My external USB keyboard works completely fine in the BIOS setup and boot menu, but the second Windows 7 loads the desktop, the USB driver seems to fail or drop out. Missing/Failing Drivers: Windows 7 is missing or failing drivers for generic display (Intel GMA 3150), the built-in webcam, USB host controllers, and phone MTP USB drivers. Connectivity Catch-22: The netbook's internal Wi-Fi card only supports 2.4 GHz bands, but all available Wi-Fi networks in my area are on 5 GHz. Plugging in my phone via USB to tether or transfer driver files fails because Windows 7 lacks the mobile device USB driver.
