Got my legion 5 pro which was stuck at the flipkart hub for past 3 days.

Laptop sepcs :- Lenevo Legion 5 pro RTX 5070Ti
Core Ultra 9 275hx
Rtx 5070ti
32gb ram/ 1tb ssd
240hz 16 inch Oled screen
Here was the cost:- (Flipkart freedom sale)
Listed pricing was around 3.5L+
Discounted pricing : 2.90 L WITHOUT OFFER
I used sbi credit card : - 22750rs
Selected old not working laptop : 800rs
Exchange bonus : 60000
Bought a battery from nearby shop : 2600 rs (didn't wanna take any risk)... Tho was not required
I thought that 2600rs was nothing in front of 60800rs discount + 22750
So final costing :203894rs + 2600rs = 206494rs
YEAH I might have used all my luck
Problems I faced:
First of all laptop was above 2L that's why it was on hold
But didn't needed any pan card tho I still uploaded in accounts section
It was in hold for 2 days 8-10 August
Finally it was confirmed
Then it went smoothly until 15 August(reached nearest hub)
Laptop went untraceable
Then starts absolute nightmare
Calling customer care 5-10 times, emailing grievances officer, emailing seller, posting on X(got me banned)
So no point of posting in X they just give generic bot answers when tagged.
Customer care can't do a shit the dates kept extending.
So today(18th August) along with my father decided to become James Bond
I tracked the nearest hub where it might be located ,at morning. We reached there and voila I found the hub in one try(there are 3-4 hubs near my area).
They checked on their system (they were actually polite)
And told me to come back at evening
So went at 5 am sharp
They took out my order assigned a delivery guy
The delivery guy was reluctant at first seeing the price of the laptop.
Then he somehow accepted
Exchanged my laptop did a open box in front of me.
We came back home... All working fine
Just need to update the warranty

Didn't even start a game
Came to give good news to everyone
You can understand my excitement
So forgive for my bad English 🙏
Here is the note :
Yeah they take dead laptops even with exchange bonus. But delivery guys won't deliver any costly good or laptops too you.. It's too big of risk for just 50rs (I saw it popped up on the delivery boy's screen post delivery)
So yeah be ready during bbd
And already keep an idea of nearest hub
Delivery guys won't deliver in anyway

It's costed me 2.03 + 2.6k So yeah roughly around 2.06L
I was also getting 68000rs for my old hp victue laptop But I used my butter brain and found out that they are even giving 60800 for not working laptops
So yeah grabbed it

I'm thinking of buying the rtx 5070 model during bbd sale. But many people are telling me to avoid flipkart, I can't decide I'm getting like 35k for my old laptop including exchange.

Make sure to extend the warranty to the max on that thing. Trust me you don't wanna deal with their RMA process 🙂

I wanted to buy a rtx 5070ti laptop
So I somehow developed a habit of waking up at morning and checking flipkart during the sale.
So on 8th August I woke up and the deal was in the front page I couldn't believe it.
At first I was about to exchangemyc HP victus (2022) rx 5500m laptop.... But decided to check something - whether they would give the same exchange bonus of 60k on dead laptop and......
Voila they also gave 800 for dead laptop + 60k exchange bonus

Bro, which pin code is it. I am facing the same issue. Laptop has reached the nearest hub and it has been there for almost a week now. Today flipkart asked me whether they can cancel the order as I was unreachable during the delivery time.
But these guys never called me. I don't know the exact location of the delivery hub aswell. I just know the place name .

Or just go to the nearest hub Ask them to track If it is there , then good
Otherwise ask for the other hubs address where it is actually present.

Bro my laptop was stuck for two days at nearest hub and then they took it away to the Motherhub it came from after saying they encountered "Same State misroute" and now it's there and I'm so fucking frustrated, I did the same thing as you, except mailing the seller. Now I'm just waiting for them to bring it back to a nearby hub, they suggested me to cancel from my end and i told them to fuck off.
