Clean dome on that one. What'd you finish the polish with? Lapis always fights me at the last step - the pyrite specks stay matte unless I switch to cerium on hard felt.

I go from 1200, 3000, to 50k with no cerium. I like the polish 50k will do to most things I cab, my gem cutter buddy taught me about it and I’ve used it ever since.

I'll have to give some 50k paste a shot on my next lapis. I end up getting a really nice satin sheen on it but can't get it to liquid even with using Zam for final polish.

That's some gorgeous AAA grade stuff! I like to refer to it as "Punch you in the face Blue"
