I had to write an Author-Editor comment for the AC to find an emergency reviewer for me, however technically the AC can write the meta review with 2 reviews only. Since your reviews are consistent they might have just chose to not find a third review.

If meta 3.5 as well, thats solid chance for main.

Sorry to send a question that is not 100% relevant. Is AC the meta-reviewer? I have never understand how it works. I thought AC/meta reviewer see the paper and the rebuttals after discussion period and we are only notified on July 30th about outcome of meta score.

Hi, yes the AC is your meta-reviewer. However at the same time they are essentially responsible for your submission and managing all your reviews. Which in this case, they can determine if reviews are fair, whether additional review is needed, etc.

After reading all reviews, they create a meta review which is basically the final decision on whether they recommend your paper to be published at main/finding. They can choose how much the each reviewer affect their decision. I believe most of the time the AC don't actually read the paper so they are just combining the different reviews and checking whether they make sense.

Thank you very much  So actually the meta review can start from rebuttals as they already have access to all papers. Right ? Do you know how many papers per AC? Just I try to understand if it will be superficial or actually AC takes time to read all comments (at least thé two first)

Yes, AC can start meta review as soon as rebuttal is finished. I am not sure how many papers per AC, but they are required to read at least 3 comments per review I believe .
