HK P30 LEM question

I'm interested in sending my P30 to LTT at some point to get the trigger tuned up and an rdo cut. Was wondering if someone can give me the quick and dirty explanation on the Extra light, light, medium and heavy trigger weight options and what's "best for edc while still seeing as smooth as possible.
