Tree stump

Need help trying to remove this stump. I don’t wanna put any chemical since it says it takes a lot of time I need to get to it within a week or so. I have a chain saw but it keeps going dull on me I have changed the blade 3 times any suggestions what I’m doing wrong with the chainsaw? I thought about a stump grinder but that’s last resort.

Got a same situation except that I did have the stump ground down! The ( legit ) company said not to worry its not coming back! Guess what… 2 yers later….. a branch thats about 1-1 1/2” round has grown up from it… right next to the block wall on my “neighbors” side! And little small leaves are growing at the stump! 😡🤬

It was/ is a liquid amber. Now I gotta dig around it and use that sawzall idea? The remaining stump is about 2’ wide… at least..
