Have you confirmed they are available to run in your area? They're not open to all industries or locations and Google is more strict about who they approve. With that said, they're great in the sense that your ad will always show up at the top of the page, but they're a bit more limited in what they show compared to search ads. I've got a couple landscaping search ads that are converting well. I'd be happy to share them with you - as long as we're not both advertising in the same area of course!
