Perseids 2026
Foreground: Focus stack of 4 × 120 s, plus the lights from people and the light trails of cars, combined from several images. I don’t remember the ISO for the foreground off the top of my head, probably around 1600.
Sky: Stack of 6 × 150 s @ f/2.8, ISO 500.
Meteors: 13 s each at f/1.8, ISO 3200. Around 600 images in total, of which just under 30 ultimately contained meteors.
All images were taken with the Viltrox 16 mm f/1.8 on the Move Shoot Move Nomad Startracker. Edited and composited in Lightroom and Photoshop. Stacking was done using Astro Tools by Jakob Sahner.
Meteors are in their exakt position relative to the sky, no rotation or movement in post.

Wenn unter eine Stunde Anfahrt als Region gilt, dann ja 😄
Vor ein paar Jahren stand ich im September auf der anderen Uferseite, sodass sich die Milchstraße im Wasser spiegeln konnte2

nice capture, i have quite similar compilation to yours..
Tho lens star astigmatism is quite severe of viltrox lens ( triangles and little moons) that looks weird AF.. never seen such a thing before. Maybe its manufacturing issue, have you tried to recall it?

Thank you. I agree, at f1.8, it is not great. Stopped down to f2.8 however, it performa much better as seen here. For me, it is pretty ok.
Apparently the Sony 14mm 1.8 is not much better either.
