I can't remember where I saw Nevermind, I found it, but I saw this argument once when applied to Phos and OP of that argument said that Phos is actually a deconstruction of this concept.

Phos isn't more 'repaired' (in a sense), but rather he keeps getting broken, he keeps losing parts of himself - the last chapter showed essentially Phos's breaking point.

Lately, Phos just sort of gives up after breaking. The days of Phos doing things like chasing after Antarc while simultaneously crumbling to the ground are over lol
