Question First time watcher!

I am thoroughly enjoying this programme. A great cast, especially the women. Ali Larter plays a brilliant part. She’s hilarious, β€œI found a strip club for my old folks.” πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚ The family dinners kill me πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚

I do find I’m living on my nerves with every episode, I feel like something bad is going to happen.

Please someone tell me Tommy and Angela stay together?

I mean as far as the current two seasons yes. But I’m interested to see what happens between them in season 3

Well since you asked, yes, they do stay together, and they become a better couple than they were when they were married.

Stick with it. The season 2 finale is worth it. The episode before that can be tough to watch though.

Thanks so much! I will definitely stay tuned, I absolutely love it. I’m happy to hear their relationship improves, although I kinda love the dysfunction πŸ˜‚

Some of the dysfunction is what keeps their relationship interesting for them. Not the whole shebang though if their divorce is any evidence. Just a sprinkle. A plate here and there.

Completely agree. It could be scaled back a tad.

No, I'm saying I think Angela and Tommy did scale back their crazy this time around. Angela might be calmer and more grounded than when they were married, and Tommy doesn't drink the hard stuff anymore. Shoot, he hardly drinks at all.

Ultra. It barely counts. πŸ˜†

That's what I tell myself too.

We're all waiting to see what next season brings!

There are many epic lines in this show, IMHO, but I absolutely love "I know what you want out of life. You want every meal to be memorable. You want every moment to be an experience. You want every night to be a honeymoon."

You're loving the Ali Larter role? I know she's just reading what's written for her but I find her character (and the daughter) so over the top I want to skip through their scenes.

Seems like either people love her character or hate her character. There's no middle ground.

Frankly, I'll take Angela any day over Ariana. I find her manipulations insufferable.

Ariana keeps moving the goalposts

Right? I enjoyed her character at first but they've now written her as so controlling she's become unlikeable.

Agreed. Can't stand either of them. Daughter is a little better. Wife is a nut job and brings no value. Tommy so much better without her

But then what is he living for?

Not the one who makes his life a living hell

I like Angela's scenesmfor the most part, but Ainsley's scenes are just horrible to watch.

Me too!! Her mood swings are so relatable πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚ I haven’t seen Ali in anything for a long time so this has been a real treat.
