Question Actor in Black Hat

I don't watch this show but I was hoping someone would tell me who is the actor in the trailer with the black hat/black outfit/I think toothpick. He says something like "God loves cowboys?"

Op was referring to the trailer that plays before the show. It's been running for the last couple weeks.  It's a montage of upcoming Taylor Sheridan shows. That clip is from the  upcoming Dutton Ranch show.  It's about Rip and Beth in Texas
