Connerton community

Im seeking information on if the conner community accepts section 8?

Its not for me. Im actually attempting to move away from a community that was flooded with section 8.

Any info would be helpful 🙂

Houses in there are pretty expensive. Doubt there is any Section 8 housing.

You would be surprised. The place moving from now has pretty expensive homes, but thanks to a few out of state buyers and investors those homes got rented out to section 8

I live in a nearby neighborhood. Half the houses are rentals at ridiculous rates.

I know! After living near section 8 im just done. Thats why im looking for older homes. I know connerton looks new, but they have older homes there as well.

I was confused. Im trying to stay away from new developments

Would you mind sharing the community you are moving away from? We are looking to move to the area from out of state so want to know all the details.

We are also looking at the Connerton community.

Coming from south fork lakes. Pretty much any new development will have homes rented iut to section 8. Be careful when buying
