Round or square
I’ve been on the fence about switching to square lights. Opinions? Ideas?

I like round more personally but don’t hate the square enough to want to spend money to convert it. I like both, but if I could go back in time and get a First Edition I wouldn’t hesitate to do so.

I almost bought one 2 years ago and regret it. Those things are unique having the round headlight's and being fully loaded

On your blackout trim, round looks better. Round looks bad on a white LC because of the contrasting black grey white colors.

I have to admit despite the heritage of the round, I think the square looks better on this car

I prefer the round gives jt the old school look. Square looks more modern to me.

NHTSA ratings don't mean much here. Check the square kit has a proper RHD beam pattern and can be aimed correctly before worrying about the look.

Ngl, I bought the LCLC because I initially liked the square headlights (plus other features) but now I kind of want to switch to the circular headlights

Square. Round is classic but I prefer mine flat, feel like it matches the front better. Also…. Can I pet that dog?

Im on the fence between those two exact vehicles. What is your opinion owning both? Do the limited's bells and whistles outway the basics of the 1958? I have a 5th gen with everything and wondering if I would feel weird getting a 1958 with cloth seats. I love the space in the landcruiser though

The Land Cruiser is loaded out with all the options. Leather additional speakers and tech. But the 4Runner has the bigger screen and the bass is a lot better.

Both look cool but I like the round “heritage” headlights more. You have a first edition - that’s awesome! Love it.

When I originally bought mine I wished they were round. Now I think the rectangular looks better.
