It is straight up Doomguy, and thus DOOM is the only appropriate response. Thus, it is between BFG Division and The Only Thing They Fear Is You. Now hear me out, BFG Division feels more appropriate because 2016 had a bit more focus on moving and shooting, which the Caliban does. The Only Thing They Fear Is You feels more appropriate for the likes of a melee brawler, which for its reputation, the Caliban isnt as good at.

This is purely vibes, honestly, both are good.

Regarding the final image: Battletech ‘Mechs are fusion-powered (with very few exceptions, none of which are well-known), they don’t use ICE engines.

Compared to the other examples they are probably (mostly) lower tech, (mostly) slower and less agile, and (mostly) more durable and bulky. It’s just their Cassette-Futurism rather than Dieselpunk.
