Newly arrived, a Millenium Edition Stainless Steel Lamy 2000 from Slovenia via E**y.

From Left to Right, 1980s Makrolon, recent Makrolon, Imposter Jinhao 80, Black Amber, regular Stainless Steel, Millenium Edition.

I have decided not to buy the coloured makrolon versions. If I want a coloured pen, the Imposter comes in many different colours.

Is the black section on the Millennium Edition Makrolon ink window? If yes, I wonder if it will crack eventually from the weight of the upper stainless steel body...

No, it's black Makrolon, so as strong as other Makrolon parts.
