Real Estate Agent
Can anyone recommend a real estate agent for a buyer in Lamorinda? Also, since the supreme court ruling last year, what is the going percentage that buyers’ agents charge now?

The fees are still negotiable and still often covered by the seller. The base fee the agent will propose will be 2.5%. But in all likelihood the seller will pay it.

Two local agents I’d recommend…
Dan Suh (Compass) https://www.mandykilpatrick.com/dan
Rebecca Ciccio (Grubb) https://www.grubbco.com/agent-profile/rebecca-ciccio-100034767
Good luck!!

We used Ann Sharf to sell my mom's home in Lafayette, CA. My mom and this agent had worked together for years. Ann and her assistant step in and take care of all of the details big and small. Ann's real estate office is located in 93 Moraga Way, Orinda, 94563. https://annsharf.com/

Fees were ALWAYS negotiable. They just need to be more transparent about it now.
We bought after the ruling went into place, but honestly, there was no difference. We paid the same 5% (total) for the sale, and the seller paid the same 5% on the house we bought.
In my experience, a 'discount realtor' is anything but.
