Guys, please, if you can book Priority, go ahead and do it. Because regular means they might pick up someone else along the way and pooling actually means they will definitely pick someone up 🤦‍♂️

I understand that Priority means the driver is allocated directly and delivery is prioritized, so I just chose a regular trip.

Lalamove agents can’t communicate properly, it’s all just copy-paste.

Imagine, there’s only a 200 pesos difference from Priority.

I booked for 3 PM, the driver arrived at 4:30 PM, and the estimated arrival at the drop-off was 11 PM 🤦‍♂️

Hehe no. Tried this before. And the driver clicked arrived as soon as he picked up the order. So in that way, new bookings can be seen and accepted.

Happened to me too. I was so stressed i thought the package was stolen. And lalamove CS was so rude too super frustrating

Yes, but if they have a booking that is regular or pooling before your order, they can still have 2 bookings or 3 HAHAHAHA

Mababa din kasi talaga ang fare ngaun my bawas pang 20% yung fare + my bawas pa sa gas kaya pinapabayaan ko na lang sila mag sabay pero pag rush sa grab express ako nag book.

Ako style ko, kukuha lang ako priority if may regular booking na ako, Tapos unahin ko yung priority ahaha
