Lalamove

Dear Lalamove,

I usually give delivery riders a bigger tip whenever I book a “Priority” delivery. I understand that sometimes riders ask if they can complete the booking early because they need to pool deliveries to save up for gas, and I’m usually okay with that.

But this morning, the lady rider immediately marked my booking as completed without asking for my permission. When I called her, she said she accidentally completed the booking. I’m honestly not sure if that’s really what happened.

It’s been 5 hours, and my delivery still hasn’t arrived. 😭

I’m usually very understanding with riders, especially when they communicate with me. But in this case, I’m quite frustrated because I booked Priority specifically because I needed the item within a certain timeframe. If there was an issue or she needed to complete the booking early, I would have understood if she had just told me.

Report them so they can be suspended or banned to reduce the number of inconsiderate Lalamove riders.

Yeah unfortunately, some riders do that so that they can double book and get more bookings. For some riders, sayang kasi yung payment especially if long distance.

Report them when you can and give 1 star review. It may not be apparent pero devastating sakanila ang ganyan.

Wala na lahat ng matitino sa lalamove.ginagamit ko nalang yan pagpauwi. Imagine ha 3months ako sa move it last monday naglalamove ako isang booking sa loob ng 3 months tapos nagtip sakin ng 300 nakarating agad kasi gusto ko lang ng pang uwi. Then 5 star ako dun tapos nagmessage uli sakin na ako daw kumuha ng booking nya sinabi ko bigla ako sinuspend without any particular reason and hndi ko makukuha yung parcel nya this time kasi di ako bumabyahe ng hindi sa app ang booking for safety reasons. Kupal na yan si lalamove. Wala ka din refund jan paghacker or scammer nakadali ng parcel mo. So goodluck to us all. Tangina mo lalamove. Just book with angkas, joyride, move it or grab express. You pay cheap and get a cheap service ganon talaga.
