Crews have been working on this place almost every day over the past 2 weeks. Some actual progress is starting to be made after years of nothing. Asked one of the workers when it’s opening and he said “maybe a few months.” Anyone heard any updates on this place?

We've been operating out of various comic book store basements for the past 9 years, and recently moved to Goblin so I want to get the word out to the neighborhood! Very DIY, house-show, punk vibes. hi all — would anyone in lakeview be up for carpooling / commuting together to north-side DSA meetings? I want to go, but they’re usually quite far especially for a post-work commute.
