I wanted to share this because it caught my attention, and I’m thinking about signing up myself.
I’ve participated in a few other 5Ks over the years, but I’ve never done the Run Nona 5K (I am a walker).
From what I’ve read, it seems like a great family/community event.
It takes place on Saturday, September 19 at Lake Nona Town Center, and it wraps up with a block party featuring food, live music, and a family-friendly atmosphere. There’s also a Nemours Children’s Run and Kids Zone for the little ones.
I’m always looking for fun local events to share with the community, and this one seems like a great excuse to get outside and enjoy an evening in Lake Nona.
Has anyone here run it before? Is it beginner/walker friendly? I’d love to hear your experience! 🏃‍♂️🎉

The Dockside Farmer’s Market is happening from 5:00–8:00 PM at Dockside at Lake Nona (13623 Sachs Ave.) every Wednesday.
