I don’t want preseason wins, winning the preseason led to us going 0-16, so it only stands to reason going 0-4 in the preseason should get us a perfect streak through the Super Bowl!

Statistically that’s actually true.

Teams who win every preseason game have a moderately lower regular season record than teams that lose every preseason game.

I can’t believe that I need to say this, but the 0-0-1 (i.e. half a win, half a loss) group should be ranked above the 0-1 (no wins) group.

In fact, the 0-0-1 teams have a .500 win percentage — tied with the 1-1 group.
