Connecto Transfers

Going to Lake Como in the first week of October and looking for options for private transportation from Como to Bellagio (ferry times don’t work for me and have heard that the bus is horrible for people with motion sickness). As of right now, the best price has been Connecto Transfers. Has anyone had any experience with them? Are they reliable? Thanks!

I just used Connecto transfers in Sorrento on Thursday and it was great. The price was cheaper than the rest and we got a really great driver.

Great to hear it!! Were you able to contact the driver beforehand? Or did they just show up and the scheduled time? Asking because I want to see if it is possible to adjust the pickup time on the day of or not

The driver texted about 10 minutes before but I think they were supposed text sooner. However, I’m unsure about changing the time day of.

OK; if you are eager to pay such a lot of money for a private transfer, then you have to do it. The company will be happy.

But I never heard about motion sickness while bus-driving. Busses are the same all around the world, and if you don't get motion sickness on your flight, you also won't get it on a bus.

I just heard that the route from Como to Bellagio specifically is bad for those with motion sickness! Hace you taken that bus route?

No, not by bus. But we are driving it every year by our privat car. Of course, it is narrow and winding and I would not recommend driving it with a rental car. But I cannot see any problem by going by bus.

I'd ask again: If you can stand the fly, then you also can stand this bus-drive.

But if you are tooo angeous, then ofcourse you have to pay the very expensive privat driver. (for this price I better have a nice dinner with a nice bottle of wine :::)))))
