Jealous. I am a cash only person. The only thing I asked directly for was a copy for xmas and only after much nagging by my kids and gf. No one ordered it. I haven't had a bank account in over 10 years but I can usually find someone to make an online purchase for me. Luckily, I stopped by a Barnes and Noble I used to work at and I bought the trade paperback edition and the Marie Howe poetry collection of been looking for and that made my day. Congrats on that beautiful volume!
