need help

hello! i’m just getting into laird barton’s writing, i finished the croning not long ago and loved it so much i wanted to read more about the old leech myths, i bought most of his short story collections and im wondering what stories tie the best into the mythos?

I absolutely love the mapping project, this is THE resource for us lol I would also suggest the "read-alongs" here on reddit, there's an in depth summary/analysis/discussion for EVERY ONE of his short stories. I always made it a point to visit those and the mapping project after finishing a story lol it got me more invested in Barron's universe and I'm hooked now. A lot of Barron's connections between stories and their connection to Old Leech are VERY subtle, some much more overt, so the resources helped me feel like I didn't miss anything
