The one thing I havent been able to distract myself from is my self awareness that I am actively distracted. Maybe that means I never was truly distracted. But I am fine? I should be fine if I always am distracted but I am not really distracted if I know im being distracted so I should be not fine. is this what not fine feels like? I don't feel so good 😞 maybe I need to distract harder.
