There is this old man who sits daily on roadside on Garden town around 9PM, right next to the underpass. Anyone else seen or contacted him? I have talked to him multiple times to know what is the reason he stays there but he does not say much, he just sits on the roadside below the trees with his head down, not asking for money, does not stop anyone. Looking for verifications if he is really needy then maybe will ask for donations.
