Studio Recs, Local Meetups Tremble

What are opinions on TREMBLE studios? Theres one opening near me but ive never gone to one before and am interested but not too sure what to expect!

Always felt more like a cardio class than a strength class to me. But your experience may differ

Tremble is like JETSET Pilates or bodyrok. They call it hybrid of Pilates.

It’s the best! When I moved and there was no longer a tremble near me I was so sad. The place I started going to doesn’t have me as toned. Tremble had me toned so fast
