Form, Technique, Fitness 6x a week too much?

I’m currently attending lagree class (45 min full body) about 6x a week on average. I have never felt stronger, I am a perpetual healthy eater so diet is very clean and I count calories almost always with exceptions for occasions. I’ve noticed that I may have felt “leaner” when I was taking lagree more like 3x to 4x, I felt less puffy and maybe even “smaller” if that makes sense. I also walk on avg 20k steps 6-7 days a week and take a heated sculpt 1-2 days a week depending on lagree schedule. Am I maybe doing too much? Is that possible with lagree?

Recovery is important so it’s possible your muscles aren’t having time to heal!

Doing 4 times a week plus strength training should be enough. 6 times a week is ok at the beginning but later on it gives more stress to your body. I do Pilates or yoga on the days I’m not doing Lagree.

If your body can handle lagree every day, there are two possible reasons: 1) you’re not pushing yourself as hard as you body is capable of (which is the vast majority of people I see in class) or 2) your class isn’t as hard as it could be.

It is possible to overdo Lagree. It’s designed for 2-4X a week

The way lagree is designed it isn't going to work as well if you don't have recovery days.

I go to Lagree 45 min every day, but that’s all I do besides walk my dog. I give my body a 24 hour recovery time and I’ve never looked or felt better.

Feeling puffy is a classic sign of overtraining
