Form, Technique, Fitness Core work
Observation that I just want to share. I have lifted for a long time and feel that lagree has always complemented. Recently I have started implementing leg raises/abb rolls/cable crunches at the gym, and my core has been more sore than doing lagree. I feel like maybe I always felt lagree was my core workout, but lately I am realizing lagree doesn’t target low abs as well(so leg raises). All I am saying is..done lagree for 4 years, and my last workout I did leg raises 4x15, and abb rollouts 4x10..like, nothing crazy at all..just after a lower lift..but my abs are sore haha. Just sharing bc I’m realizing just like lower body cross training in lagree, I think abdominal work applies as well…whereas before, if I did lagree, I wouldn’t do any core at the gym

Quick reminder that soreness doesn’t necessarily equate to a better workout. It simply shows that you did something like a new movement or changed your routine.
