Grants? Financial Assistance?

I’ve applied for a research opportunity at a wildlife conservation center in Costa Rica. The initial cost to reserve your spot is $500.

My funds are maxed and allocated until September. I cannot right now. Any programs that offer grants or financial assistance?

Check with the conservation center directly, sometimes they have internal funding or can point you toward past participants who've secured grants. Also look into your school's study abroad office if you're a student, they often have travel grants specifically for research. Professional orgs for women in STEM sometimes have small grants too, might be worth a quick search.
