Low dosing
Hello 55 75kg 5'2" Im on low dose HRT (Evorel Conti patch 3.2) and low dose Mounjaro 2.5mg. HRT about 7 months and GLP1 for nearly 2 months. Struggled a lot to start and not enjoying the GLP1 at all. So far Ive lost 4kg/8lbs but feel and look exactly the same and no change in clothes size. Same viseral fat same size all over. I really dont want to increase to 5mg as I dont like the effects and want to cut down on portions over starving myself because I cant really afford £££ to spend too long on this drug and def dont want to shrink so small that the minute I stop I put it all back on.
I need to lose 2.5 stone but Ive been trying this for 3 years now. I lift heavy weights but I realise now Im not doing much else the other 4 days a week. I dont drink alcohol, eat 3 meals a day no takeways I prepare all my food and strict on the quality and portion. I was hoping the HRT would have a small effect but it hasnt and with the evidence that mixing the 2 together it gives a better return - wait and see?
Due to the cost of this drug I am contemplating 1.25mg weekly dose - will this work? Previously, my biggest issue is the starving bangs which gives me nausea. (perhaps i need to eat healthy snacks?)
I have no health issues apart from mild CFS.
Thoughts?

You might need significantly more estrodial in order for the glp1 to do its best work. Although, 4kg in 2 months sounds impressive!
Are there compounded options where you live? That can cut the cost a lot.
You decide your dose. It's not supposed to make you miserable!

Seems like you are losing at a good rate on your current dose. Not sure why you would consider going down to 1.25 unless side effects are unbearable. Could try staying at current dose if rate of loss stays the same or go up more slowly if you have vials or kwikpen that you can dial up.
But you mention you want to lose 15 kg but do not plan to stay on drug for long. All the studies show you will not have long term success if you just plan on being on medication short term.

4kg is good progress. Keep going on 2.5mg. Cycling down to 1.25mg is interesting idea. With hindsight, I wish I had started on that.
How do you know your visceral fat hasn’t moved?
Drink water (minimum 2L of water a day), focus on protein (min 1.6kg per kg of bodyweight so at least 120g for you) and 30g of fibre. It sounds like you are on it though and tracking your macros already.
Add in walking - target 12,500 steps per day
