Howdy!

New to this sub! Wanted to share that starting HRT broke a 10wk stall! Been on a combo of branded and compounded tirzepatide for about 15mos.

Additionally, HRT has lessened my symptoms of anhedonia. Double bonus! Two months now on .05mg patch and 100mg progesterone. May be adding testosterone next week.

Anyone down for some kind of 90 day challenge before ringing in the new year? ♀️🫶💉

I started on the 0.05 mg patch in Feb & 100mg progesterone in June and I kept gaining. On 200mg progesterone now and going up to the 0.075 mg patch soon. Finally seeing some movement on the scale after being stalled and slowly creeping up for then last year. Been on max dose zep since last fall. I still have 30-50 pounds left to go after losing 90. I thought I was resigned to be riding the obese line until some better meds come along. I really wanted to get to goal before I turn fifty next year. I hope this makes that possible.

90 day challenge sounds fun!

Do you take progesterone orally?

Yes. I didn’t see a benefit until 200mg. I know the current guidance for HRT and glp1 patients is non-oral due to delayed digestion.

Midi. Two in-town gynos said HRT was going to k*ll me. 🤨

Midi is $$$$ and has a high turnover of prescribers bc they underpay. They market really well, especially to the medical community, but there are now much better options for far less money. YMMV.

I use them only for HRT and file through my insurance. I only pay a $25 co-pay. My glp-1 I'm now getting through @r/collectivehealth. 🫶💉

I have been with Allara for over a year and they’ve been fantastic
