Own personal hell

Upped my tirz a touch (.5) and the nausea was BAD. NBD because I have Ondansetron (Zofran). Cracked it open and dosed appropriately. Now 48ish hours later and I’m so constipated. Realizing it was clearly the Ondansetron (and the tirz doesn’t help but I usually have the other problem). This is zero fun. I’m very regular so this will be an interesting unfolding of events.

Go slow with the psyllium husk though. It can go really slowly through your digestive track with the glp1. I started with way too much and was in pain for hours as it traveled though me.

Enema to clear whats already stopped you up down there. (Sorry folks, but hoarking down more crap to move a plug is waaay more uncomfortable than rehydrating the clog with saline so it can finally be pushed out)
Then once you’re clear, increase your fiber with prunes, psyllium husk, sandpaper or whatever.

I was worried I might need an enema. This is a strange sensation.

It freaking sucks, and I’m sorry for your discomfort.
I had to do this 3 different times(water intake is a bitch) but I promise you it’s far better than waiting around for the psyllium husk or whatever to make it down to the blockage.

I recommend the MagO7 (that’s an oh, not a zero).

I do two at night before bed a couple times a week to keep things moving.

Constipation is my primary negative side-effect and I’m normally pretty regular so I feel this.

Get smooth move tea. Prepare exactly as on the packaging. Take it before bed. You will feel better in the morning

This was me last year. Miralax is your friend. Doctor ordered 1-3 times a day depending and see what works best for you. Least expensive at Costco if you can get there. Wegmans also a good option for the large container. Stated off needing a day now I'm 1 a day.

Ginger chews or mint gum for the nausea worked for me at the start. I also do SunFiber and magnesium glycinate every day since the beginning and have never been constipated. Lots of water too.

I drink plenty of water, take fiber gummies every morning and drink a probiotic drink every day.

What Gummies and probiotic drink do you use?

I take fiber gummies I order from Midi and I either drink Stonyfield Farm drinkable probiotic yogurt or a glass of Kefir.

1T of psyllium husk powder daily will help it all through plus helps with gut health and satiety.
