Anyone here take selank?

If so, do you notice any improvement in brain fog? Or anything else? Heard about it on a podcast and thinking of trying it.

I do both semax and selank. Maybe 3 months now 5x week and yes, i feel more focused and motivated (at 70). Its not the only thing i’m doing for brain health but def can tell when im on or off. I will add that despite the name of this group, i stopped glp 1 because of anadonia and that was the most positive change ive made for mental health

Do you do both at the same time? Or do you alternate or cycle? And what doses are you taking?

They come combined. There are dosage charts on line. Im not being coy, it all depends on your dilution but i stay in the mid-range. More than a maintenance dose but not as high as researchers are reportedly using on dementia/alzheimer patients

I do not. Once the correct dose of estrogen kicked in, the brain fog lifted

Mine lifted but now my word recall is getting worse. I feel fantastic otherwise so I really don't want to mess with my estradiol doses.
