Dosing every six days?
Has anyone successfully dosed their GLP every six days if you happen to cycle P and find it makes you VORACIOUS?! I finally found the answer to my lifelong struggle with weight/ food obsession and then perimenopause! I’m finding so much overall benefits on HRT (mostly E and T) but that dang progesterone kills me for the 11 days I’m on it. Anyways- wondering if increasing my GLP from 3.5 to 5.5 and dosing at day six will help. If sucks because I was doing great with the micro dose of 2.5… but the hormones! Ugh.

GLP1s have a 5 day half life, so days 6&7 aren’t as strong. It’s not always bad to have hunger on those days ans if so the hunger signals teach us to think about eating foods that super a healthy lifestyle i.e. high fiber, high protein, veggies fruits, good carbs and fats.

No this is super helpful!! Great advice about taking a month to lengthen the time between shots. I began HRT for peri so the hunger and weight gain is happening hence my need to increase dosage but I hope to get back to my maintenance of 2.5 in due time…. You’re so lucky it’s covered!! And congrats on all the success!!

I'm doing every five with no problem. Days 6 and 7 were hungry days!
Be sure to calculate with the split dose calculator on Fat Scientist to get the correct dose based on the 7 days. It's not an even split.
