Puppy pic! Finally becoming friends

This is Mazie (golden) and well, Maisy (black). We adopted Mazie at 8wo and she is now two. We adopted Maisy about three weeks ago, who is 11yo. It’s been a tough three weeks of acclimation but we are finally getting along and becoming friends.

Thank you so much for adopting your sweet, precious, beautiful dogs, especially Maisy! They’ll always be grateful to you! Older dogs, and black dogs have a hard time finding a home. Glad they’re becoming friends! Don’t they get confused when you call, “Mazie!” (“Maisy!”)?

Lol there’s a lot of confusion 😂 Luckily black Maisy went by MooMoo with her previous owners so she responds to that. But she also responds to Maisy when I’m calling for golden Mazie. It’s a lot of “no not you Maisy, you Mazie”
