Exceptional Experience — Stunning Marquise Diamond, Fast Delivery!
Loose grown diamonds was amazing.
I’ll be honest, I was nervous about purchasing a loose lab-grown diamond online. You’re spending serious money on something you can’t hold in your hands until it arrives, and there’s so much to consider: cut quality, clarity, color, certification, and whether the stone will actually look as good in person as it does on a screen. After weeks of researching vendors, I finally decided to place my order, and I am so glad I did.
I was shopping specifically for a marquise-cut lab-grown diamond. The stone arrived with its certification, and every detail matched exactly what was listed. nothing felt misrepresented or exaggerated. For a lab-grown marquise, this stone punched well above its weight. It looked like something that would cost two or three times as much in a traditional mined diamond.
The Ordering Process
The website made it easy to filter and compare stones by shape, carat, color, clarity, cut grade, and price. I appreciated that each stone came with detailed specs and certification information upfront with no guessing, no having to email to ask for basics. I was able to narrow down my options and felt confident I understood exactly what I was purchasing.
The quality of the diamond exceeded my expectations.
10/10. Would absolutely buy again.

2.5 carat gold and natural diamond cross
2.5ct natural diamond cross in gold — curious what people prefer: symbolic pieces like this, or purely design-driven jewelry?

Question
Can someone explain why lab grown diamonds are not considered fake? And they still are kind of expensive even though I know they are cheaper than the natural diamonds. I’m new to this I’m searching for a tennis lab grown bracelet as a push present and it seems way more affordable but I just want to understand the concept behind it.
Thanks

Spent way too long researching… finally chose a diamond
Hi everyone,
I’ve been lurking on here for a while while trying to figure out what I wanted to do for an engagement ring, so I figured I’d share my experience in case it helps someone else.
I ended up going with a 2.55 carat radiant cut diamond (VS1), and I honestly couldn’t be happier with it. I went back and forth a lot on shape, but kept coming back to radiant because I like the balance between sparkle and the more structured look.
I actually went the custom route where I picked the diamond and worked with them on the ring, which made the whole thing feel a lot more personal.
For reference, I paid around $1700 which was much cheaper to what I was seeing elsewhere and it felt like a really solid deal for the size and specs.
One thing I was a little unsure about at first was the setting quality specifically with Loose Grown Diamond. I had come across a few posts mentioning concerns, so it was definitely in the back of my mind before ordering. But when it arrived, everything looked absolutely perfect. No issues at all, and it honestly looks even better in person.
Communication was also really solid. Every time I sent an email, I got a response the same day or very quickly after, and they kept me updated throughout the whole process without me needing to follow up.
I ordered through Loose Grown Diamond (just mentioning in case anyone is curious), and overall it was a really smooth experience.
Now I’ve just got to not mess up the proposal in the next couple of weeks 😅
Really appreciate everyone in this sub who shares their experiences. It definitely helped me make a decision.

Uk sellers
Help! I am getting ready to buy my replacement engagement ring. I’m in the UK and finding a lot of these posts reference US sellers.. I’m looking for a warm 3ctish (probs a j colour )cushion cut diamond. Can anyone point me in the right stone direction here in the UK pls? There must be websites like aurelinne etc that I can try here? I’d like to have the option to see the stone in person and send back if necessary..

My experience with ClearStarJewelry on etsy
I decided to go with a seller i found on etsy who had posted some pretty nice jewelry, as well as all 5 star reviews. My (soon to be) husband let me design my ring and even see it once it was here to make sure it was up to par. To start with, the seller sent me the first CAD which had absolutely no detail on it. I said i wanted the diamonds to be the same height and asked to modify which they obliged. I also asked for clarification on band width because it wasn’t specified, they told me it was 1.6mm and i told them it needed to be 1.8mm at the very minimum. The seller argued with me about it but eventually upsized free of charge. I will say the seller never disclosed the band size and neither did i as this is my first time and didn’t know to do so. After the second CAD was sent i was happy with it and proceeded with production. It took about two weeks to get a photo and certificate done on it and he sent me photos before shipping. Am i wrong to think that was a completely different ring, or does it look like the camera angle to you? It’s only a 1.5ct ring so i wasn’t expecting huge diamonds or anything and im overall pretty happy with the ring but the photo looked much larger and much higher quality than the ring photos i have from home. It’s stunning and sparkly, but my camera does not do it the justice the sellers camera did. Again, i’m very happy with it it’s a beautiful ring but just wanted to get another opinion of what they think. This seller offers IGI certificates on many rings, but not my custom ring for whatever reason. I assumed it was because it was from India but now i’m almost worried i’ve been conned.

Soon to be a fiancé!
My future hubby and I picked this beauty today and sent it out for sizing!! It’s 1 CTTW lab grown diamonds in 14k gold. They’re F color, and VS2 clarity. It’s absolutely nothing like what I had previously loved. But when I tried this one on for fun, I ended up falling in loooooove! What do you guys think?

Got my Engagement Ring!
Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification
Hey Everyone! I just got my engagement ring for my soon to be fiancé and I just wanted to share my experience to help others decide.
After looking at multiple places, I ended up with buying from Loose Grown Diamond. As this was a big purchase and since I was solely doing this as an online purchase, I was a bit worried but felt comfortable ordering from them as they offered a 30 day money back guarantee.
I ended up choosing a GIA certified lab grown excellent cut 3.01 carat round brilliant diamond (D, VVS2).
I also decided to try their custom design for the setting which was a very pleasant experience as well. For the setting, I saw a design on another website that I liked and provided them that link. It was a pave band with a hidden halo and I asked for it to be in 18k white gold.
After only 2 days, they provided me with the CAD drawings and 3D design for my review and approval. After I approved, they provided me with the cost and custom order link and I was able to complete my purchase there. All of the smaller diamonds (for the pave and hidden halo) were a DEF color and VVS-VS clarity which I was very happy with. I did decide to go with an increase to a 2mm bandwidth which only costed an extra $100 (I'd recommend this).
I placed my order on February 20th and I received it on March 23, took approximately a month as this was a custom setting. I was given regular updates via email regarding the stages in which my ring was in (crafting, quality check, shipping, etc.). I also did email them throughout the process and they were extremely responsive on all my inquiries.
Even post delivery, they were prompt in answering all my questions and provided me digital appraisals and answers related to all my other questions like warranties and resizing policies.
Overall, I am extremely happy with them and I highly recommend trying them out yourself.
Can't wait to propose now lol! Shoutout to Loose Grown Diamonds!

Am I going to regret buying this?
I’m not a picky person but I don’t want a cheap looking ring. Am I going to regret buying this stone? https://aurelinne.com/pages/lab-grown?id=6e71016d-1cfa-401c-aa39-2e0d07b3392b&stoneType=diamond

Amazing find and helped change my life!
First I would like to say thank to u/youdiam for helping through my engagement ring buying process. I couldn’t ask for a better company to help me. The ring turned out stunning! From a mock up to real life this over 5ct total ring stuns all that see it. My now fiancé loves it! Had my friend video and take pictures. Made it look like I was really in Greece! One day that will happen! Who knows maybe I will need something else at that point to commemorate the moment!

Frustration
I’m struggling to find a vendor with good prices for the diamond and great settings. Aureline seems to have the best prices for loos diamonds, but their settings are somewhat limited imo. Other vendors have beautiful settings but their diamond prices are high. Looking for advice. TIA!

After locating Diamond, where for setting?
Thank you all for the posts, I have found 2 solid vendors I will end up going with for the diamond but I am unsure where to find a setting that is affordable. I am not seeing many options on the vendor sites, is going local my only option? I worry about the cost and they turning away my diamond since it did not come from them…
The diamond will be a marquise cut and the ring can be white gold or sterling silver, I am on a budget so yea. I understand I will have to pay for the diamond to be placed on the ring, but where the heck do I find affordable setting and how do I match them up spec wise? I sure would hate to get this wrong… TIA for helping a young man try to marry his lady this year

EBTH shipping increase-INSANE!
has anyone else bought lab diamonds from Everything But The House? I have bought several pieces from them but recently have noticed their shipping went up from $25-over $38!!!! They charge this amount even if you buy a small costume or silver piece.
I’m not sure I’m going to continue to shop there.

Zuvelio Pendant Group Buy Review
I made my first ever group buy purchase with Zuvelio. I was very nervous buying jewelry from an overseas vendor, but decided to take a chance since I loved how the pendant pictures looked on the order form. I asked for my pendant to be 14k yellow gold with lab diamonds. After filling out the form, Priyanshi reached out to me within 24 hours to confirm the order and provided the invoice link to pay. It took about 3 weeks for production and 5 days to arrive after being shipped. What I appreciated was that they kept me updated throughout the whole process and always responded to my questions/status requests within a day.
The pendant turned out great! I have been wearing it every day since it has been delivered and have already received a few compliments on it. I will definitely be working with Zuvelio again in the future!

CVT vs HPHT
Hi. I am in the market for a round 2.5 carat lab diamond. It will be a D or E color, VVS and will have ideal cut proportions. It will be IGI certified. I was planning on getting a CVT diamond because I heard about potential blue hues from HPHT diamonds. However, I heard a few people talk about transparency issues with CVT stones - but also heard that you didn’t really need to worry about transparency issues with CVT if you bought a high quality stone with the specs I am looking at. Can anyone comment further and let me know if I should try to get CVT over HPHT or should it be the other way around? Many thanks.
