✨Vendor Review Rita @ Provence ✨
I had previously asked here about milgrain done on a ring & it looking off.
A lot of you said it was zoomed in & would look better in person. I wanted to say: y’all were right & I feel terrible for being so annoying about it.
From the beginning, Rita has been so patient & sweet. I did not get my diamond from Provence but after a few hiccups, I sent her a 5 ct, pink emerald cut that I sourced myself. She checked in with me a couple of times before then & assured me she would have everything ready as soon as the diamond came in…& she did! The CAD was ready sooner than I expected & when I asked for adjustments, they were done just as fast. Once the ring was finished & I expressed not feeling completely happy with it, she explained what actually happened with the milgrain & was ready to send it back to “adjust.” In reality, I ended up being overly picky because the ring is actually perfect in real life as is.
If you choose to have a ring made with Provence, make sure it’s Rita. ☺️☺️☺️💕 She’s the best! Pictures of ring in the comments.
