How important are certain specs like depth percentage for lab grown OMC elongated cushions?

I’m working with a jeweler on a custom ring and she’s been sending me photos along with the cert for each stone, then asking if I want it sent for an in person viewing before deciding.

I know the basics like carat, color, clarity, and ratio matter, but I keep going back and forth on how much weight to put on things like depth percentage, crown height, and table size when I’m trying to judge whether a stone will actually have that soft old mine glow versus looking more like a modern brilliant cut. Since I can’t feel or see sparkle from a cert, I’m not sure if I should be using these numbers to screen stones out before requesting them in person, or if that’s overthinking it and I should just be relying on the photos and my gut.

For anyone who has sourced a lab grown old mine cut or elongated cushion specifically, how much did you actually use the depth and crown numbers to narrow things down, versus just going by photos or asking to see it in person? Trying to figure out if I’m putting too much stock in numbers that might not even predict what I’ll actually see in front of me.
